  • Well, stay away from bananas to start with. Drink a lot of water. Have some good healthy fats (avacados, olive oil) and leafy greens. You might also want to try yogurt to help get your gut in better order.

  • EAT. MORE. I think about 20 people made this suggestion...some more than once. You are already at a healthy weight. You need to eat a good amount of food (think 1500-1700 calories) and work out with weights.

  • Well, since you asked... You aren't eating enough. I'm not going to give any other advice but to eat at least 1200 clories a day.
  • I try to avoid most bread because it hinders me from staying within goal (and from getting my daily bowl of ice cream - I take ice cream over bread any day) But cutting it out won't necessarily make you lose faster.
  • Hate coffee and wine. HATE. Love tea and rum. So its a trade off.
  • I don't have a lot to add but wish you the best of luck. I have a skinny kid that I have been trying to put weight on (his meds cause a lack of appetite) and it is tough. I have gastro issues myself and the one thing that has helped is eating 2-3 servings of yogurt each day. Without it I am a mess.

  • I'm just under 5'10 and 153. I am in a 10 or 12 depending on the brand. When I was 180 (highest weight) I was in a 12 or 14 - so not a huge decrease in sizes for losing 27 pounds..but I will take it!! Oh and yeah, 41 inch hips will do that!

  • Well, I try to cook something that everyone will like. I might have 3 different sides going and 2 meats but it is all healthy and whatever is left over will always be eaten. It doesn't bother me and I like having a nice variety.
