Morning, Thought everyone had lost interest in this thread, glad to see a few others with an interest. Thought I would update my progress. Within 3.5 lbs of goal weight now. I was increasing my walking every couple of weeks to the point I was up to about 8 miles per day everyday. I found myself getting more fatigued eachβ¦

Personally, I think one needs to enjoy the journey or one will ultimately quit. I for one did not want to give up my beer. I had a hard look at my food intake and made choices. I gave up bread, popcorn, potato chips which were all part of my daily food plan, especially the chips with the beer. I actually started to feelβ¦

Just found this thread yesterday after a search on building muscle. tremendous amount of info, just started reading through the thread, going to take me a couple of weeks at least. I see it has slowed down recently, but glad I found it. Still a lot I don't understand, but will hopefully pick up along the way. I assume mostβ¦

What helped me the most was once I understood the relationship of macros in nutrition. I used the "intro to Macro tracking" 28 day plan during a free Premium Trial period ( think it was for 60 days). I reset my macros to 35% carbs, 30% fat and 35% protein and tried to hit that profile. I log all foods for the day firstβ¦

Afternoon everyone, i was in same situation at the start of this year. I found I had put back on all the weight I had worked so diligently to lose a couple of years ago and was feeling lousy. I started walking the first of this year, every day, regardless of weather. Started slow, but up to 3.5 miles per day now. Still eatβ¦
