I would like to try!
Since yesterday was my birthday, I really didn't weigh in Saturday or Sunday. Ate boiled crawfish and plenty of sweets this weekend. I'm actually guessing my start weight, cuz I didn't weigh myself this morning either! LOL

I weigh on Thursdayβs
I began my weight loss journey January 2021 @ 206 lbs.
I ended April @ 167.8 lbs
My May weight goal is 160 lbs
My ultimate goal weight is 145 lbs!

4/29: 167.8 lbs
5/6: 166 lbs...definitely feel like Iβm retaining water so hope to see a slightly bigger drop for next week...but still happy for the amount lost this week π
5/13:161.2 lbs! Much bigger drop, almost too much π³ Maybe scale is off but for now I will take it! Going to continue with several hikes a week, strength workouts at home a few times a week, and two intermittent fast days a week for now π
5/20: 158.6 lbs π₯³π₯³π₯³ This number has made me a bit more emotional than I was expecting! I joined MyFitnessPal back in 2014....I was 158 lbs wanting to lose 10....a lot has happened over the years and instead of losing I kept gradually getting heavier until reaching over 200 lbs in 2020....to see 158 on the scale was amazing since I havenβt been in the 150βs for 6 years....so now that I am back to where I started 7 years ago l am finally going to finish what I started β€οΈ
5/27: 157.8 lbs...a little less of a weekly drop from my normal but still a drop and as I get closer to my ultimate goal weight I suspected the loss amount would get smaller so still optimistic π

Well I went on a fishing trip and caught a 26" Walleye! She was a fighter and got put back to make more little walleyes. Didn't really do too bad eating. Not sure what the weight gain was from but will just keep trying. All I can do, right? It would be really easy to slide up again...just saying. Hope to see you all in the June Challenge!

Hi, I'm 5ft 7. my target is 150 lbs as i think that would suit me, i got down to 175lb in july 2019 maintained til dec, then lockdown munchies happened!?!

A much better month than last month (Iβve realised that was my last weigh-in). I set myself a fairly easy to reach goal and exceeded it. At this rate Iβll be at my goal by the end of the summer, which may sound like poor timing, but I want to stay at my goal weight for every summer, moving forward, so one less is no great loss.8 -

Not the best month for me weight loss wise, but as it included my birthday and my daughters hen weekend I wasn't expecting much. However I had several NSV such as fitting into clothes I didn't think would fit again! So I keep on keeping on.

May 1: 170.5 oops, .9 lb bump up from yesterday.
May 8: 168.9 Tough week, up to 171.5 on 2nd, slow crawl back down, lost most (1.9 lbs) this morning
May 15: 169.6 Another tough week, still at April end weight. Recomp starting to show. Same weight last 5 days
May 22: 167.1 Surprised, a loss of 2.5 lbs for the week. Did not due weights this week.
May 29: 167.3 Rough week, was down to 166 yesterday, been up and down all week.
May 31:
Started to add back in exercise calories this week after finding myself exhausted end of day as the result of having a 1200 to 1500 calorie deficit per day. Still trying to keep around a 500 calorie deficit per day. Walking 12KM (7.4Miles) per day now.
Since Jan 1 this year body fat has dropped 7% while muscle mass is up 6.6%, so I can't complain about this months results. Still sticking to a 500 calorie deficit per day, modified carbs, fat, protein ratio to 40/30/30 at the start of this week after discovering my energy levels were dropping in line with carb consumption last month.
Very impressive how well everyone is doing with this challenge, so glad I found it and jumped in.6 -
