June 3: 163.2lbs (-0.2) Happy with a tiny loss. Didnโt stick to plan, 60hr work week.
June 10: 164.2 (+1lbs) Work is impacting my efforts. Average 60 hours pw in the past month. Not eating well and not getting a chance to exercise. Iโve eaten out 3 times as Iโve been stressed and busy. Really need a break, and two days off a week.

Hi everyone ๐ I might sound really silly but how do I find my post on hear to update it? Do I have to just keep pressing back until I find it? Or is there a quicker way?
I just make a note of the page number on the day of my last post and just go back to that page to find it to copy and paste an update.

Iโve decided to stop trying to lose weight, at least for a while. Iโm going to log my calories on weekdays but not at the weekend, and see if it helps me to stop bingeing on less healthy foods at the times when trying to stay within calories has left me hungry.
I plan to still join these challenges as I feel they help me to think clearly about how Iโm progressing.6 -

Iโve been copying and pasting into โnotesโ on my phone so I donโt have to find it when I next want to write. Otherwise I find remembering the date I posted helps me find it.1 -
