Jun 12: 205.2 Inflated due to some Thai Food yesterday and no TMI. I have been running at 203.x for the rest of the week. Iβm looking forward to see what next week brings.
Jun 19: 202.6 I have been working at getting it back down after Thai food. Back on target now, with progress even. Down almost 4 pounds this month. That is phenomenal for an old gal like me!
Jun 26: 198.6 I am so thankful and grateful for the loss. Iβve had/have 3 social engagements this week (including a wedding) which all include food. So far, I am not doing perfectly but am holding my own. Looking to stay in ONEDERLAND through the end of the month/challenge!
Jun 30: 196.4 What an up & down week which included some illness. Scale is finally catching up to the 24 hour period when I was so sick and couldnβt eat. The question isβ¦.will this lower weight hold? Other than that 24 hour bout, I was doing very well with meal and activity planning so I can claim success on some weight loss this month. See you in July!

Thank-you @sassbag for keeping this going. Didn't hit 160, but I am calling it goal met. It has been very rewarding over the past months on this journey. Congrats to everyone who joined and are continuing next month. My weight fluctuated up and down a couple of pounds the last two weeks, hitting a low of 161.2. I am now a full month into progressive strength training, with fat % around 19% and muscle mass around 76%. Going to transition to more intensive muscle building, so I expect to put on a few pounds of muscle over the next few months. Good luck to all in reaching your goals.
