Jun 12: 205.2 Inflated due to some Thai Food yesterday and no TMI. I have been running at 203.x for the rest of the week. I’m looking forward to see what next week brings.
Jun 19: 202.6 I have been working at getting it back down after Thai food. Back on target now, with progress even. Down almost 4 pounds this month. That is phenomenal for an old gal like me!

As they say -better late than never. I lost about 60+ pounds while at college 2-4 years ago but life/reality happened and COVID hit. I need to lose my COVID fluff because I felt spectacular at my lowest weight (Dr. suggested). I am 58 yrs. old (ugh!) and a teacher. I want this to work!

June 1: 275.1. Last week of school. Heading back to the gym this weekend and trying not to pig out too much at the end of the year potluck!
June 8: 273.6. Down 1.5 lbs! Helped out with landscaping at school last week, went the the gym twice, and did a walk/jog around the lake (5k) instead of the gym this morning. Looking into figuring out the situation with the pool in my apartment complex.
June 15: 271.2. Down 2.4lbs! Still haven’t figured out the situation with the pool. I can see it from my car just enough to know that the property manager was working on it several days last week. But there is furniture and a basketball hoop up, and I think I saw people there over the weekend. My anxiety disorder is preventing me from “casually” walking by to check it out, though. I have, though, worked out 5 of the last 7 days and today cut 7 minutes off my lap time for the trail around the lake (3 miles)! Really want to be out of the 270s by next week.
June 22: 269.0. Down 2.2 this week and 6.1 this month! Had a bit of a setback midweek last week, but recovered from it well. This next weekend will be interesting, though. Driving 6 hours to Chicago (and back) to visit the in-laws. Will spend a day museum-ing and a day at a baseball game. It’s going to be tough being smart about food when I know we will have deep dish pizza at least once (and probably for lunch).

Jun 26: 198.6 I am so thankful and grateful for the loss. I’ve had/have 3 social engagements this week (including a wedding) which all include food. So far, I am not doing perfectly but am holding my own. Looking to stay in ONEDERLAND through the end of the month/challenge!
