I'm in for this month as well, 3rd month, been very encouraging in maintaining goals.
May Start Weight: 169.6
May Goal Weight: 164.8
Ultimate Goal Weight: 160
May 1: 170.5 oops, .9 lb bump up from yesterday.
May 8: 168.9 Tough week, up to 171.5 on 2nd, slow crawl back down, lost most (1.9 lbs) this morning
May 15: 169.6 Another tough week, still at April end weight. Recomp starting to show. Same weight last 5 days
May 22: 167.1 Surprised, a loss of 2.5 lbs for the week. Did not due weights this week.

Started to add back in exercise calories this week after finding myself exhausted end of day as the result of having a 1200 to 1500 calorie deficit per day. Still trying to keep around a 500 calorie deficit per day. Walking 12KM (7.4Miles) per day now.
Since Jan 1 this year body fat has dropped 7% while muscle mass is up 6.6%, so I can't complain about this months results. Still sticking to a 500 calorie deficit per day, modified carbs, fat, protein ratio to 40/30/30 at the start of this week after discovering my energy levels were dropping in line with carb consumption last month.
Very impressive how well everyone is doing with this challenge, so glad I found it and jumped in.10 -

Hmmmm... Iโm trying to work out why I maintained last month and am losing this month when the calorie difference is pretty minimal. Both months I was trying to stay within maintenance calories and neither month did I succeed. I guess it was just going a few 100 more over last month than this. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
Iโm happy to be losing because I want to be right now, but it does make me more perplexed about how maintenance might be. Iโve very nearly reached the top end of my planned maintenance range, so nowโs the time to be thinking about it. Part of me wonders if my scales are broken but I can see my belly changing shape too, so I donโt think itโs that. ๐7 -

May 14: 241.6 Finally broke through the barrier of going up and down within 1/2 a pound. Currently down 2 pounds for the month! WOO!
May 22: 241.4 A little sad about this. At one point, I was down another pound at 240.6, but I bounced back right away and haven't gotten that low again. It's gonna feel amazing when the second number starts with a 3. Oh well, at least it's a loss

Sticking to my plant based eating and trying some new recipes. Exercising 3 times a week plus daily dog walks. We took a short hike yesterday too. I'm happy with my progress!

Hi, can I join please!
This is my 3rd time doing MFP .... Iโve always successfully lost the weight but my problem is maintaining that loss. Each time I come back to start fresh, Iโm heavier than my original starting weight! So wish me look.
