😀 A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning😀
The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on and it’s a motivation to keep on track😀
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, Many of us may be heading back to work after a looong break or even a getting ready for a wedding!
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀
Pick how you want to weigh as in lbs kg’s or stones
Feel free to copy & paste the chart.

For those unsure how to do your weekly weight input
When you want to do your weekly update do a search for your original post, copy and paste as a new post in the add post box then you can edit in your new weekly weight, hope this helps
It’s not a race go at your on pace, imagine where you could be in 6 months time!😀
Good luck guys and have fun 😀😀
Remember to bookmark⭐️ this group- makes it easier to find 😀

I was able to lose 10# in March and trying for the same for April! I have a big overall goal, and dividing into 10# chunks helps the overwhelm of this mission.
I’m out of town this first week (w/no scale!) and hoping/planning to maintain; then will get back to my meal prep the rest of the month.6 -

I weigh in on a Friday or Saturday and usually know which, but it’s all up in the air right now. I weigh almost daily for my own records so I would always weigh Friday, but I like to have Saturday weigh ins when I can.
I think my first one of these was in November? They’ve really helped me to keep on track and remain fairly consistent. This last month I have eaten over what my FitBit thinks are maintenance calories every week and lost 1kg... so I have quite a lot of room to be flexible.

Hello, first time here. Hopefully I can get motivated and lose weight. Any advice? I have stopped eating bread, stop drinking pop and drink about 100 oz water a day. I walk on the treadmill 30 minutes daily and when I can get outside I love to walk. I am 50 years old and have been trying to lose weight for 5 months with no success! Roller coaster here. 🙄🙄🙄
