I've taken my eye off the ball, eating crap whenever I'm sitting or between cooking dinner! and put on 5lb over march
the weather has got less chilly and I start a new job on monday after a year off so this is my incentive to be more comfortable in clothes as ive been living in joggers.

I have been losing slowly but still have a way to go. I would like to get to my next goal, which is 148/10% loss since last Dec., but I'm trying to be more realistic this month. This helps motivate me to get there.
March's weight loss came in like a lion and went out like a lamb. Things slowed down at the end of the month so I'm setting a smaller weight loss goal for the month.

I hit my March goal one day late, dropping down almost a pound overnight. I'm swapping out the 29th for the 25th, my one year mark. Even though I regret not doing anything for the last 4 months of 2020, I'm still glad I decided to start all those months ago and to pick it up again at the start of this year. I'm almost halfway to my goal!
Looking forward to joining in again this month! For record, I’m starting with today’s weight even though I’m definitely seeing some bloat based on the weight difference between yesterday and today lol 😆 moving forward, I’ll be weighing in on Sundays! Best of luck everyone! 🎉
