Weight’s been very up and down this week, but happens to be on a down today. I’ve lost enough that people are commenting on it now. I had been wondering why they weren’t but turns out they were discussing it behind my back. 🙈😂10 -

Total loss for March: About three pounds based on average. Slowly losing; very slowly, but steady for the past four weeks. Finally! I have been slowly gaining since October, and I have put a stop to that and am reversing it back down to my maintenance range and goal weight. The last five or ten pounds was tough when I lost it the first time, and it's also slow as I come back into my maintenance weight, and it's only nine pounds away now.

Late weigh-in but hey! Blame basketball lol. March madness is in full swing and I’m all over it. Rather than snacking throughout the tournament, I’ve decided to keep it to just grapes 🍇 and tangerines 🍊 and small berry bowls. Drinking more water as well NO SODA. Never felt so hydrated 😄
No fast food all week. No processed foods all week. I feel like a 🐰 😂
Although I’m starting to get concerned about my weight loss as it seems dangerous to be losing so much so quickly... I feel good though so maybe I’ve just stored a lot of water weight that is shedding off.
Whatever the case I’ve smashed my 230lbs goal and smacked the secondary goal of 220lbs before the end of the month. Look forward to next month 😁 🍻

Mar 22: 201.6 - Didn't track 100% but tried to be good about portions this week and meal prepped some healthy options for the week.
Mar 29: 200.8 - It's my first time actually losing weight during TOM in a long time, so I will take that loss, even though I had been hoping for under 199 by now. Didn't track 100% but I did a 20-30 minute workout 5 x this week and a bunch of spring cleaning the other two days.

Another small loss,but my Dr. thinks my BP has been improved enough to forestall meds for now. She was impressed with my 13 lb loss since last Dec.! Next goal is a 10% loss at 148.8 -
I was almost to 240 yesterday, but somehow weighed more this morning. Guess it's just the ups and downs of weight loss as I got lots of exercise and ate well. Two more days and, no matter what, it's been a great month.
