Definitely dealing with some bloat from this weekend since the scale jumped 2.5 lbs from Saturday to Sunday lol. Going with an average of my weigh-ins from the past week, which averages out to no loss no gain ππ»

June 1: 275.1. Last week of school. Heading back to the gym this weekend and trying not to pig out too much at the end of the year potluck!
June 8: 273.6. Down 1.5 lbs! Helped out with landscaping at school last week, went the the gym twice, and did a walk/jog around the lake (5k) instead of the gym this morning. Looking into figuring out the situation with the pool in my apartment complex.
June 15: 271.2. Down 2.4lbs! Still havenβt figured out the situation with the pool. I can see it from my car just enough to know that the property manager was working on it several days last week. But there is furniture and a basketball hoop up, and I think I saw people there over the weekend. My anxiety disorder is preventing me from βcasuallyβ walking by to check it out, though. I have, though, worked out 5 of the last 7 days and today cut 7 minutes off my lap time for the trail around the lake (3 miles)! Really want to be out of the 270s by next week.
