March's weight loss came in like a lion and went out like a lamb. Things slowed down at the end of the month so I'm setting a smaller weight loss goal for the month.

I hit my March goal one day late, dropping down almost a pound overnight. I'm swapping out the 29th for the 25th, my one year mark. Even though I regret not doing anything for the last 4 months of 2020, I'm still glad I decided to start all those months ago and to pick it up again at the start of this year. I'm almost halfway to my goal!

Looking forward to a great month. I plan to incorporate more veggies throughout the day, which will be huge. I have even persuaded my hubby to reduce his meat intake. He says he's willing to cut it out altogether, but I'll settle for a reduction, which might be more realistic for him.
