Back at it again this month. Started lifting weights this month, so as I near my goal weight I expect to slow down loss as I hope to build muscle

Looking forward to a great month. I plan to incorporate more veggies throughout the day, which will be huge. I have even persuaded my hubby to reduce his meat intake. He says he's willing to cut it out altogether, but I'll settle for a reduction, which might be more realistic for him. It'll work great for our budget and my time in the kitchen preparing his dinner and my vegetarian dinner. Fingers crossed.5 -
