A 15lb loss in a month is an awesome accomplishment! And a 1lb loss is still a loss. You are still headed in the right direction, which is the important thing. Remember slow progress is still PROGRESS! Keep doing what you're doing, reminding yourself this is about creating a healthy lifestyle and NOT about a quick fix.
