I'm trying Ripped in 30 right now. JUST started yesterday. But if you're looking for challenge, have you tries Insanity? I finished the Insanity program last week and now everything seems like a piece of cake.

I actually just finished Insanity this past weekend and, though it was hard...I feel like I want to do it again, or move on to Asylum. I started at 213lbs (I'm 5,2), and right now, and have lost about 20lbs. Feel free to add me.

I started doing Insanity at 213lbs (I’m 5’2). By the time I finished the 63 days this past Monday, I finished at 193lbs. I think it’s do-able, just modify some of the moves and do what you can. Take TONS of breaks if you have to, the more you do it, the less painful it will become. My results are my profile pic…

Thank you!!! I think I'm going to give this a try! I mean, generally, if I've over eaten one day, I tend to want to eat less the next day (out of guilt), but then I hate this whole thing of "dont eat too less, ur body will retain the fat" business! I think the JUDDD diet might actually work for me.

might be in your diet. Sometimes it doesnt matter that ur under the 1200 calories, it matters WHAT kind of calories they are (I'm slowly learning this as i go thru the posts today :smile: ) Maybe if you open up your diary, there might be something there that ur not seeing and someone else is. I'm SO NOT a fan of these, and I really dislike them! Well, the way I look at it, trying to lose weight and your child being a 'runner' goes hand in hand. RUN after them, avoid the harness....you might thank them later lol. Edit - And yes, I'm a mother of 2 boys Cheers! :drinker:
