I don't buy frozen meals but i always have in my freezer cooked shrimp, creamed spinach, broccoli, peas, frozen berries. Also, whenever I make soup I freeze some in single serving jars so I always have something to eat.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I do 4 then 7 then 5 then 9 then 4 then 9 then 7 then 5 then 4 and repeat. The 4 and 5 levels are for 2 minutes and the 7 and 9 and for 1 minute. Running is so mindless but it is just too cold and icy outside to run!

Right now the highest resistance is 9. It starts out slow at 4, increases to 5 then 7 then 9. I'm at each level for 1 minute. Thanks for you response!

I make these for my kids all the time. I use 1 slice canadian bacon, THomas 100% whole wheat english muffin, 1 egg, about 1/2 oz sharp cheddar and a handful of baby spinach. It is 275 calories. Eat at least one salad a day as your meal so you stay away from starchy, high calorie side dishes. Try to eat your protein grilled and if you can, go for lots of walks...have fun!

I eat salad everyday. Right now I'm loving mixed field greens with spinach, hard boiled egg, tomato, red pepper, grilled chicken all chopped up and tossed with Tzatziki sauce as the dressing. I also love the simplicity of putting either tuna or curried chicken salad over mixed greens.

I don't because I'm a breast cancer survivor and need to stay away from soy proteins which is in almost all protein shakes. I wish I could because it would be a quick meal replacement!

I don't eat bread, but on occasion my husband does. We keep a loaf of the regular Ezekiel 4.9 sprouted bread in the freezer for him. It is a great source of high fiber, high protein whole grain. There are no preservatives or sweeteners in their breads. Trader Joe's has the best price around here.

Great post! If you stay away from these foods in a couple of weeks your body will go through a detox and you will feel so much better. Also, I switched to Arizona unsweetened iced tea instead of the 1-2 diet pepsi's I was drinking a day.
