Thank you :)

I'm not going to quote your whole article only because it's sooo long. I appreciated your research and actually enjoyed reading your points. Some things did make sense. But, calories DO count. How can you say that they will never count when counting calories has worked for so many people (myself included)? Maybe I could…

And this. CI/CO doesn't mean don't eat.

Lead by example. Your original post did exactly what you're asking "everyone else" not to do.

BINGO!

Why are you only eating 900 calories a day?? And then binging. That's not helpful advice...or healthy.

I LOVE soft-boiled eggs! I'm going to have to try this method for sure since mine are usually *slightly* underdone. Also, I cut toast into "fingers" just like my grandma and dad used to do for me and dunk them in the soft, warm yolk...and lots of salt on my eggs. Pretty much the only thing I actually add salt to.

If it goes in my mouth, it gets logged (yes, I'm laughing too). Like a previous person said, there are all kinds of values associated (sugar, carbs, vitamins, etc.). Plus I think it's good to be mindful and helps to stay on track. I log tea, coffee, creamer, soda, everything. Even if there are no calories. I created a…

Hey there :) This is seriously the best thing I've ever done for myself. It can be overwhelming at times and you are going to want to give up at some point (probably more than once). Just remember that this is a journey, enjoy the ups and the downs. I recently read this forum post and found it very helpful with how…

Whoever entered the item might not have put the nutrition facts in accurately. If it was a specific brand I would compare and then edit the nutritional information.

...huh??

I automatically exclude any items that have misspelled words in them (I just can't take it seriously). Then I choose one that's an average number of calories among the choices that are left.

I just started using BiPro 100% Whey Protein Isolate. $49.99 online for a 2lb tub but they have promotions pretty frequently. 20g protein, 80 calories, 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 fat. It's unflavored so you can add it to just about anything (or anything to it). I use powdered PB2 (chocolate peanut butter) and water for a protein…

I recently changed to a Misto (half coffee, half milk) and then whatever flavor syrup (toffee nut) you like. A Grande nonfat with syrup is only about 150 calories. I also feel like it does a better job of "getting me through" my mornings than the lattes do. You'll figure out what works for you though. If you can stay…

50 Shades for sure!! Also the Hush, Hush series by...Becca Fitzpatrick. The 4th and final book should be out in October, I think The Time Traveler's Wife listen to Confessions of a Shopaholic on CD, one of my favorites Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series (One for the Money)

I found your reply very interesting...What do you use MFP for if you don't count calories?
