No one is ever to fat to run....start off walking while working in alittle jogging...you will soon be jogging then even running, start off small then work to bigger goals!!

I am 5'10" and the I weight 189 I want to be around 175-180 that is where I am comfortable at, honestly 155 is really low but that is what the chart says.

Honestly if you live in an apartment/townhouse that has a central laundry area or if you have to go to a laundromat I think its practical other than that I would wash then, then let them hang on a line to dry.

If I drink two or more mugs of coffee a day my heart hurts aka heartburn haha (1 mug = 2 cups) Caffeine is horrible when it comes to weight loss to so i try to stay away from as much as possible

Its hard to maintain but watching what you eat and keep exercising is the easiest/best way to keep your goal and never succumbing to unhealthy habits. GOOD LUCK you can maintain it!!!

If you are not trying to tone/build muscles in your shoulders then I suggest using your legs more by having a swim board and just kicking with your legs. Other than that swimming uses every muscles (core, shoulders, arms, legs)

I go out and run, I do not use a program or anything, I use that time to clear my head and listen to music after sitting in an office all day.

I think that is bull****, yes it keeps up warmer but not because of that.

honestly that is one of the hardest areas to work on, I would suggest push-ups, swimming is good (already doing it), curls, preacher curls, pull-ups, and rows. Those are some that you can use to try to correct that, however your one of the first people to express this concern haha
