For me, If I go to a Mexican restaurant it's a Tostada and black beans, If it's ThaI food I do chicken fried rice with brown rice, If it happens to be fast food then I try to go for a chicken burger/sandwhich instead of beef. If I'm doing happy hour, I go for Vodka and cranberry juice or pineapple juice as seems to be low…

I'm a walker. It's simple, it's doesn't take much effort and It's something I can squeeze in after work when i'm too tired to do anything else :)

I am sooooooo devastated, speechless and heavy hearted for her daughter and family. What a sad situation. However, I will always remember her voice, inspiring music and talent in general. R.I.P Whitney..my prayers go out to the family.

.I only weigh myself every 2 weeks because I don't want to be too focused on that. Next, it sounds like your boyfriend is more interested in your looks, etc. than YOU as a PERSON. I could be wrong, but that is how it sounds. You need to make sure you are surrounding yourself with family, friends, significant others, etc…

What a great model and inspiration you are for so many others on this journey. I keep saying weight loss is not only about the "physical" but it's about the "mental" as well. You have to be mentally prepared to be this journey. You are off to a fantastic start. Congrats!:smile:

While you may not be able to exercise/workout a lot, you can still just walk and continue to focus on eatting healthy. Congrats on the 20lb loss:smile:

I struggle with water A LOT! However, I do know the benefits of drinking it so I try and get a couple glasses in a day.

My hubby is every supportive. Everytime I look at him i'm motivated because he is a fit soccer player with a six pack:smile: On a serious note, he genuinely does care about my health and even works out with me every now and then. A blessing:smile:

You gotta have some bangin music, do exercises you like such as: dancin, walking, yoga, etc. Having good music when I exercise is key because then i'm not so focused on the exercise and it goes by quicker. Good luck dear :)

I struggle with this also. I try to stay busy, go to bed early, eat fruit instead of sweets, nuts are good too to fight cravings/hunger. Probably not much help, but it's what I been trying to do.

Thanks for sharing this. I get the scam emails all the time and just delete them. You can't trust anyone these days. Sadly, our economy is so bad that people are more desperate and getting more bolder in terms of what they will do for money.

I just changed my calorie intake to 1260 this last week and I have only been under my calorie goal once. I have also been really tired lately. Not sure if it's from eatting too few calories or if something else is going on. It has definitely been a challenge to stay under though.

I did a cleanse when I first started to jump start my weight loss. Don't know if you are doing this or not, but try increasing the intensity of your workout. If you are using the same machines and doing the same routines, your body will get used to that and you won't lose. Be sure to change it up from time to time and…
