I use mine to track sleep and I love it. It keeps me accountable sicne I like to see at least 8 hours a night on there :)

Exahusted. Emotionally- due to two 6 hour evenings of "relationship boot camp" seminars this week already. Tough issues tackled. Physically- due to only six of hours of sleep for each of the past two nights. Mentally - trying to focus on work on top of everything else. Optimistic. My future looks amazing - I can't wait…

Yes, I love craft beer. I just log whatever I drink, and that definitely limits me, since I have to fit it into my daily calories. Since I have lost weight and have cut down the occasions where I drink, I've turned into a cheap date.

I was given a free session when I joined my gym. I used it to walk through ALL the machines witha trainer at the gym and learn how to use each one properly. From there, I read a lot and was able to create my own routines. Do they offer any type of free orientation? Or perhaps you pay for just one session.

Also: I drink an average of four cups a day. I don't add anything to the tea. I drink for health benefits, and it gives me variety since the only other daytime beverage is water. I noticed that they set the Air Conditioning really low where I work, so it also helps keep me warm. Making tea also gives me a reason to leave…

At work, I drink Hot green tea,. We have a filtered hot water spigot so it's super easy. I'm currently drinking Bigelow Green Tea (decaffeniated) and I buy it in bulk on amazon.com.

I think Crossfit will definitely help; I've heard many positive things about it! Best of luck! Currently, I'm also trying to find some motivation - I'm just not into it right now- new job, I just moved.... I think I'll regain my focus once things settle down.
