  • Pulled buffalo chicken sliders and roasted ranch potatoes! They were delicious!
  • C25K is only 3 days a week so you could just alternate days between C25K and 30DS. Or you could do 3 days of one and 3 days of the other in order to still have a rest day. Even Jillian says she doesn't expect people to do 30DS in 30 days straight. I love going running/walking and would much rather do that than something…
  • The first season is. Asylum hasn't been released to them yet.
  • I'm a little sad no one has said "The Office" yet! Although, I will agree that it's jumped the shark. Also: Grey's Anatomy Vampire Diaries Once Upon A Time Walking Dead Doctor Who How I Met Your Mother
  • I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 145 which is on the higher end of my healthy BMI. Being "bigger" runs in my family so I have the pear shaped body but with big boobs. I have a feeling those aren't going anywhere which is why I don't think anything lower than 140-145 would be realistic for me.
  • Start with the Couch To 5k program. It works you up to running a full 5k with walk/run combinations. The first week you only have to run for 60 second spurts and walk for 90 second spurts. It's great for first time runners!
  • I was doing C25k religiously for the first 3 weeks using an app on my iPhone. Unfortunately, my phone broke and Apple is being a jerk about replacing it! I'm still doing walking/running combinations at my own pace though. I walk the entire length of my street and then run it back. Then everyday I've been starting my run 1…
  • I'm not really embarrassed by my music, although according to friends I should be. One Direction - What Makes You Beautiful O-Town - Liquid Dreams LFO - Summer Girls I could go on forever.
  • I really enjoyed Ten Inch Hero! Of course, you have to have a respect for actors in the CW yearbook in order to stomach it, considering that's almost the entire cast! It was very funny and cute!
  • Grave Encounters!!! Scared the **** out of me and horror movies don't usually effect me that much!!! The sequel is good too but the first one is freakin' scary!
  • Graham crackers!
  • I did RI30 for about 2 weeks but I got bored with it since it was so similar to 30DS. 6 Week 6 Pack is by far my favorite as far as content but I got the best results overall from 30DS. No pics though. :(
  • I usually turn on "90s Pop Radio" on Pandora. "Larger Than Life" by Backstreet Boys, "Spice Up Your Life" by Spice Girls and "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice are always fun! And no, I'm not kidding. lol
  • I've never tried New Balance but I LOVE my Adidas shoes! They're super light and comfortable!
  • Look and see if there's a "yard sale" Facebook group for your area. You just list the things you have and meet up with local people to buy them. (Similar to Craigslist but less shady because, odds are, you know somebody that knows somebody that's buying your stuff lol) Use the money from that to purchase clothes that will…
  • I usually log Jillian workouts under "Circuit Training". It definitely overestimates your calories so I only eat back half of them to counter balance the inaccuracy of the "calories burned".
  • Curve Crush Lucky You I also love Bath & Body Works Twilight Woods body spray!
  • I help out with the Wednesday night kid ministry at church so I get to have an excuse for all that fun! lol Bouncy houses Water fights Wheelbarrow races Four Corners Four Square Singing songs with motions Also, as a non-church activity, I love to bust out my old pop cds and sing and dance along with them. And I do the…
  • Sell some of your nicer clothes that are getting too big and put the money toward new replacement items. See if there's a "trading post" in your area. We have one near me where you just post pictures of your stuff on Facebook and people arrange to meet up with you to purchase them. You usually get your money's worth on…
  • If it's something that was already part of your routine before you started trying to get in shape, I wouldn't log it. The way I look at it is if you were "maintaining" at that level of activity already then it doesn't really count as exercise, it's routine. You were already burning that amount of calories and not losing,…
  • I personally really like this video. It works you really hard, especially if you're out of shape. I did find it to get a bit boring and repetitive after a while though. I started switching between levels just so I didn't burn out. It's going to take you a while to get used to so don't be surprised if for the first few…
  • Weight is based largely on the pull of gravity. That's why scales can be so off in different places at different times. I read somewhere one time that the earth's gravity pull is strongest in the afternoon, which is why people who weigh in the afternoon see higher numbers. Different parts of your house could be farther…
  • Are you taking measurements also? I'm having the same issue with the scale where I'm working out almost every day and staying within my calorie boundaries, but the scale's not moving. However, when I take measurements, there's a noticeable difference there. That keeps me motivated. When I started this, I decided my goal…
  • I'm also large chested and I've found the Old Navy compression sports tops do the best job of keeping me from bouncing too much. I have the racer style and it works wonders. I started out using 3lb weights for everything. Unfortunately, I've screwed up my shoulder and now can't use weights on the level 1 shoulder raises,…
  • Totally understand! It can be really hard to overcome that "I'm not who I want to be" feeling. What I would suggest is to pick up a new hobby or activity that you always wanted to do, but thought that your weight held you back. Take a dance class, train for a marathon, pick up a sport, whatever you want to do! Once you…
  • I'm in! I actually just started it again this past Monday so I'll be 6 days ahead. Need someone to keep me motivated though!
