Go see your Doctor about the Plantar and numbing of your feet. Plantar needs to heal, your doctor will know the best remidies for you. Good Luck and speedy recovery.

Are you eating the calories you worked out ? If not you might be in starve mode.

I agree , lets see your diet, because if your high on sodium you retain water. I watch my sodium count alot lately because its easy to go over your daily amount. Drink tons of water.

When I started working out I dropped 15 lbs in 9 days, After that it got a little harder but Im still at it and feeling Great. Good Luck.

well I just back from the gym, worked the elyptical for 35 m to 510 cals, my wife same machine and time came in at 345 cals. I would go with the machine count.

I did 15 minutes now I do an hour relitivley easy.

I just keep track of what Im doing, I work almost daily, if I go over I workout a little more.
