  • Always go by weight (when possible).....I found the exact same thing...1 cup of my breakfast cereal is WAY over the 54g they claim it should be.
  • Cheese is one of the things I refuse to give up eating!! I eat it everyday and work it into my meal plans. Make sure you weigh your portion sizes to keep from going overboard!!

And if you need to have a "chip fix" try Chee Cha Puffs (my favorite are hickory bacon and dill pickle)-they are 90 calories for 20grams-a pretty good amount!! Or you could eat the whole bag for 360 calories (it has been known to happen sometimes)!!
