I tried ViSalis, (sp?) and it was expensive. I then went to using Whey Protein and followed the same plan as ViSalis and to me it works the same. IMO Whey Protein is better and cheaper.

Awesome! I have kids and they occassionally want McDonald's. I like how they have the calories listed on the menu screen. My favorite item is a caramel sundae. When I saw how many calories I changed my mind and didn't order anything. Went home and had a greek yogurt.

My husband had skin cancer on his face and recently had it removed by a plastic surgeon. The doctor has told him to massage the scar to even out the tissue. Maybe it is something new the doctors have discovered. I had surgery 10 years ago and they never said anything like that to me.

I bought a fanny pack at Walmart. I bought it in the fitness section. It is really slim and fits my phone, keys and ipod nicely. Barely noticable when I have it around my waist and my shirt over it.

You might actually find it too sweet. Often if I eat clean no sugar for a good amount of time and when I indulge in something sweet, I find it too sweet. If I end up eating the whole thing sometimes I feel sick. Not sick that I ate it but really sick to my stomach because it was too sweet.

I did it three years ago. I lost 40 lbs in 9 months. It works. It takes you from eating their food to learning how to eat food from the grocery store the healthy way. I have a mini goal of losing 20 lbs by November. Then I will get my hair colored and highlighted. As of right now my hair needs done desparately as I am going grey. If I don't lose 20 I hope to be close and I still will get my hair done.

Don't get upset if your pants are tight after flying. When I fly my body swells. It goes away after a day or so. You are on a long flight. Drink lots of water.

Now that I have used it all up, I have switched to whey protein isolate. Going to follow the same program and see how it works. The cost is better for sure.
