  • I stopped drinking all that stuff and coffee too. I feel so much better only drinking water and one VitaminWater a day. All that stuff has a lot of toxins in it and makes your liver work twice as hard, and I have found it slows down the weight loss process.

  • I actually take 4 kroger bottled waters and line them up in the fridgeevery morning, they are 16.9 oz, one for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and take 1 to the gym that I usually drink all of and refill there at the water cooler.
  • Just my opion, I'm no doctor, but I think the BMI should have to take into consideration a person frame. Like do they have tiny bones, medium or large. I am trying to get ot 116 which is at the lowest of my bmi for my height, but I will be happy with 125, I just set my goal really high so I'll be more motivated. Looks like…

  • it is a little hard to keep your balance at first, but they are really easy. When you wake up the next day you'll feel sore under your arms! I just work out the soreness with some more pushups!

  • I use it to do pushup, I lay on my stomach and hold my legs out behind me and do pushups with the ball. But they aren't as hard as real pushups...hmmm

  • Instead of eating a lot of carbs for your snacks, buy a bag of apples just a thought
  • cut out the white flour, white bread, white rice and all sugars, and you will see results. More muscle burns more fat so keep up the exercise! Don't get discouraged!

  • I'm doing the Suzanne Somers Eat, Cheat and melt the fat away it's a healthy way to diet for life and a quick way to lose weight! Just eliminate the funky foods-white flour, white bread, white rice and sugar, and you'll lose it fast, plus add in exercise and you'll get there, maybe not the whole 15 but close!

  • I do, and it's working out great. I'm doing the Suzanne Somer's no funky food diet.
  • I am doing the Suzanne Somers diet, that is very healthy, I lost down to my goal weight 7 years ago doing it, and there are some wonderful recipes in her book, Eat, Cheat, and melt the Fat away. I wish I had stayed with it, cause it is a great diet of food for life!
