I just tried the chocolate mint one. So yummy!

I'm 5'8" and wear a 6 or an 8. I weigh 140 pounds.

Yes this has happened to me. In 2010 I lost 30 pounds. By the end of 2012 I had gained 15 back. I started on MFP and lost them. A year or so later I gained them back again! I started back on MFP in April and got back down to my goal weight in September. This time I'm going to continue to weigh myself several times a week,…

I'm in maintenance so it's crucial for me to weigh at least once a week. I record my weight on Mondays. I usually weigh myself several times a week and when I'm trying to drop a few pounds (which I am atm because I got a bit above my range) I weigh everyday.

I've been playing for several years now and I absolutely love it. I played around a bit as a kid so I didn't start from scratch. Nonetheless I now play 2-3 times per week including singles with a friend, doubles league and a clinic. I'm pretty good- not awesome by any means but definitely know my way around a court. I…

Yeah it's been happening to me for two days now. I've been deleting the extra entries.

I'm also 5'8" and 140 is good for me. I started at 155 (167 was my heaviest) in April and that's too heavy for me.

You do sound quite overwhelmed and also like you have a lot on your plate- work, school, kids. Maybe you should tackle one piece of the weight loss puzzle at a time instead of all at once. For instance, find a fitness regimen that works with your lifestyle and budget and just do that for while- months even- until it…

I enjoy dipping them in coffee and/or yogurt for breakfast. I like the cinnamon ones.

Don't stop weighing yourself at least weekly.
-
My grocery store (HEB) has them which is very convenient.

I try to get 10,000 a day. I have been exercising regularly for 5 years now but tend to be too sedentary the rest of the day so I got a Fitbit to help me get in more steps. I'm in maintenance now actually. I don't eat back the calories. I do it for health reasons and to have that extra cushion to help keep the weight off.…

I'm not crazy about fruit either. I eat it- but sometimes it's a bit of a force feed, lol. I like vegetables better because they can be cooked and incorporated into things. I love salad! So I feel ya!

That's great to hear- well done!
-
I only did it for vanity reasons- no others. I was at the top of my BMI range, now I'm more in the middle to lower end. I just like how I look better when I weigh 140 vs 155. With menopause around the corner though I could be preventing health problems down the road and I'm all for that!

I'm 5'8". I was about 145lbs in these pics taken in July. I started in April at 155.6 and am just under my goal of 140 now as I currently weigh 139.6. Work out wise I do lots of things- play tennis, walk, do weight and strength training at the Y. I've been exercising regularly for years. It's just the eating part that gets…

Hi Dacey! Just wanted to say I love ANW. That would be so amazing if you got to be on there some day. Good luck with all your goals!

I had my gallbladder out several years ago and I have no problem losing weight.

I can never see anything on my phone, but I can see it on my laptop.

Sometimes if I'm just eating small amounts of too many different things I won't log it because it's just too complicated. That doesn't happen too often though.

It's in the database, If you type in les mills body pump into the cardio category of exercise it'll give you your calories burned.

I didn't have that much to lose- only 15 pounds- but when I got within a few pounds of goal I changed my loss rate to .5 lbs per week from 1lb per week. Now that I'm at goal and maintaining I only have an extra 250 or so cals to eat. That's not really that much so things aren't all that different. I feel like if I continue…

I hate it when one of my kids doesn't eat his/her garlic toast. It kills me! Lol How can they leave that buttery toasty piece of deliciousness on the plate and not even be tempted? Baaaah!

Oh yeah. I am a notorious leftover fry eater. It is soooo hard for me to throw those French fries in the trash- for several reasons- I love them, seems a waste, and they've been paid for. I can really relate! I've done it with other food too- even my own leftovers lol. Sometimes I have to ask one of my family members to…

I'll check it out thanks!

Yes, that is my plan. Maintaining for 3 years would be a great start and hopefully the end of my yo-yo-ing weight.
-
Thank you both!
-
Thank you!

Congrats on your loss! Keep up the good work. I have to come to grips with the fact that to control my weight I need to monitor my calorie intake and weigh myself regularly.

Thank you so much- I really hope so! I really have learned a lot from my mistakes.
