I think alot of us can relate to that but I do believe there is a switch that turns on in your mind that makes you stick with it. I just wish my would turn on already!! lol Good luck and stay strong

I work out in the mornings at a gym. I do a little cardio then take a weight lifting class. It feels good to have done something for myself first then start the day. It is a little hard to get up initially but feels great once you get used to it. Good luck!

I feel exhausted the first couple of days during TOM but find that at least doing something even if it is lighter than normal, I feel better and not as bad. I can't help with cramps since don't have those!!!! Good luck and stay strong!

I agree with Eric. I know you want to lose weight but need to lose it healthy so you will keep it off. Eating less than 1200 calories and working out that much will not be good for your body or mood. Trust me I know....you can eat healthy and still lose the weight. Good luck and stay strong!

I am at 2/7 since I just joined but did 25 minutes on the elipitcal and 50 minutes of body pump class yesterday. Am planning on walking at lunch today and after work. Gonna get my point next week!!!

It gets frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything you can and the scale doesn't reflect it. Don't let the scale beat you. Continue on with your workout because otherwise you are definitely not going to see the number go down. I feel your pain. Good luck and stay strong!
