no freaking clue how I lost this week, With TOM and a weekend full of baking ( have to make a wedding cake, grooms cake, and full dessert bar) I had absolutely no time to work out, and I had to do a little taste testing of my sweet treats. lol. I was for sure I was out this week. Glad I'm not!

I got a men's timex HRM. I don't think it matters, I just think that they are making them pink and pretty to make them more appealing to women. I would rather have black and gray as that is my color of choice.

I'm a baker, and make lots of cakes, cupcakes, and goodies. The ads don't get to me, but the next few weeks will be killer as I am preparing for a wedding with a wedding cake, grooms cake and full dessert bar.

I got a headache last night after a hard workout. It's rare i get headaches so it was weird to me. My boyfriend said I might be dehydrated, but my intake was over 8 glasses of water yesterday, so I don't know what it was... Hope you find answers :)
