All wonderful ideas! I buy my meat in bulk & cook it all when I get home from the store. Then I freeze it in individual servings. Sounds like u already have a plan :) U work out a lot, so the payoff is eating more calories. I would add high-calorie foods like nuts or nut-butters. You are gorgeous! Don't get discouraged. Sometimes your body might need to re-group. Try switching up your workouts if increasing your calories doesn't work.

I've had a very long and busy week. Weekend in Saint Louis with my hubby, my daughter's 6th birthday, concerts at the state fair. Greek yogurt with fresh berries are an everyday staple now. Also, a simple salad with greens, a protein (usually grilled chicken or feta cheese or walnuts), and berries. Topped off with lemon juice, a little salt and pepper. soooooooooooooooooooooooooo yum-o!!!!!!!!!!!!!
