  • It is my understanding of the system that if you update your weight, i do mine weekly, the system will take your new weight into account. hope that helps

  • Count every thing in the cardio box to get calorie credit on this site. now i can tell you that i burn lots of cals on my weight training days because i like to keep it moving and keep my heart rate up. Cardio will burn fat but so will muscle so do both if you can but always list it here as cardio and to get the best and…
  • I felt the same and didnt make any realy progress untill i startd using this site. Now i will see how well it works the other way. When i get back from vacation, I leave next week and gone for a month, i am going to try to gain 10 lbs of lean mass. cant wait to see how hard that will be.

  • Perfect time to get in shape. Ive been depolyed (contractor) for the last 6 months. I could have come home after 3 for a vacation but didnt, long story, Any way 34lbs later im finally starting to hit my goals. slow but sure every week.

  • I have a Suunto T1 and i love it. cost me $55 on ebay (new) This is my first HRM but it seems to have all the functions i wanted and needed. HR Cals logs chest strap for continous monitoring and works with some gym equipment. Not the best looking i have to say but that doesnt bother me in the least. (Tan and white)

  • Just by changing the amount of cals it should adjust accordingly. You can set your own values as well if you choose.

  • Yeah I thought my old job was bad nearly everyone smoked my new job if they dont smoke they dip or chew (both i have done in the past also) but i keep it up. every day i just dont smoke and while some days are worse than others its pretty easy to not smoke. keep up the good work i know you can do it.
