I had the exact opposite problem... I can go on the elliptical forever, it's the treadmill that kills me.... It is helpful to do it at intervals for sure. Alternate between low and high resistance... I'm working on getting better at the treadmill. Gotta take baby steps. :)

I like freeze dried fruit. Particularly the brand All-Brothers-Natural... they have a bunch of different kinds. It gives you a full serving of fruit and they are crunchy and only 30 to 60 calories per serving (one bag).
