I agree with others about protein powder, I usually have 2 shakes a day, cottage cheese, eggs, tuna, chicken. I find it hard to get to my protein goal too! The shakes really help and if you make them with unsweetened almond milk that keeps the cals lower.

How long have you been eating like this for? Are you exercising? I am eating 1600 a day and have lost 20 lbs since the beginning of Jan. My diary is open, feel free to friend me and check it out :)

I will have a BIG test of willpower this weekend! Family BBQ tomorrow (not too worried), the wedding on Sunday night! I will try and stay strong, but think I will have to eat/drink freely from 5pm until bed...It's a wedding, cmon! But, saying that, I'm down 4lbs since Monday, so happy about that~

Mine does too, just the left one. I find it gets worse when I am not careful with form doing lunges and squats. Make sure your knee never passes your toes :)
