YES, LIFT. Heavy lifting. And patience and water.

You don't understand the original post.

I went off the pill for two months and used condoms, and then the first month we actually tried, it happened. We had sex 1-3 times every single day that month, so we didn't have to worry about any magic window of opportunity. I'm 31, he's 32, and this is our first child. We were lucky, I know. I hope you are able to relax…

Mine got smaller, but so did my band measurement. So the cup size didn't go down. The cup size is all about the number of inches your breasts are versus the number of inches your band size is. Right now I'm super pregnant, but back when I lost 51 pounds, I went from a 38G to a 34FFF. My boobs were definitely MUCH smaller,…

I'm 9 weeks away from my due date. I've only gained 15 pounds this pregnancy. Granted, I wasn't at an ideal weight before I got pregnant, but I have been able to keep my gain down. I was at 20 pounds until I had a slightly elevated blood sugar and my doctor demanded that I cut my carbs (not completely, just some). I wonder…

If you're spending the time to change your lifestyle right now as a "test run," why don't you just change your lifestyle to something that makes sense and is long-lasting...? Just don't see the need for surgery, despite (and maybe even because of) your numerous health conditions.

It will probably stimulate your metabolism, so be happy that you got to freely enjoy yourself, and eat normally today.

I worked at McDonald's for five years as a teenager, and I still love the food. Hopefully you'll decide it's disgusting, but you won't actually see the food being prepared for a long while, unless they're hiring you exclusively to work in grill. You'll probably be a cashier, maybe the drink maker in the front drive-thru,…

My husband for knocking me up. <3

MFP calculates your target WITH A DEFICIT already. If you eat only the target calories and don't exercise at all, you will lose weight. Exercising increases the deficit that's already built-in, and you need to be careful, because if you don't eat them back, you may not be getting enough calories to fuel yourself.

If your diary entries are fully-logged and complete, then you're not eating nearly enough. If you're not logging everything (sometimes by dinner, I'm just done logging, so my dinner never appears even though I definitely eat it), do that, because I would still be concerned about getting enough calories.

Nobody did any of that until OP got defensive for no real reason. And even then, most people continued in a supportive, advice-giving fashion.

I drive a Vibe... I never thought of it as a station wagon... DAMN I'm cool!

I log mine because I like to see the fiber count. Fruit carbs don't really count anyway, in my opinion, kind of like the fat in avocados or olive oil doesn't really count. Good stuff!!!! :)

Start weight training immediately. The muscle helps rev your metabolism, which then increases what you will burn in a normal day. You will feel better, look better, and burn calories more efficiently if you lift (and don't be afraid to lift heavy weights! You will not bulk up like a man).

Me gusta.

@roeann53, I was kind of sad you thought I was a carnie... :( @abhishek, I think a horse trainer.

Cheese quesadilla with tons of sour cream, Papa John's breadsticks and cheese, macaroni and cheese (I like cheese), Big Mac, and an Arby's beef and cheddar. And cheesecake for dessert.

This also.

I think you answered your own question up above. You love it, and you enjoy your own company. I feel the same way, though I am not running these days. When I DO run, my love of running is the only reason. I know people who feel like if they aren't entering races all the time, then it's pointless, but I believe exactly the…

She actually did say just that. "Muscles weigh more then fat" (I even left the typo in there!). I hope you can put your eyes back into your head and enjoy your weekend! :D

As a teacher, I'm speechless.

There's your trouble. Problem solved. :) Eat your exercise calories.

I've always heard that if you're already into a regular workout regimen when you get pregnant, it should be perfectly safe to continue it. But if you don't already do a regular workout regimen, you're not supposed to start anything without a doctor telling you what's okay and what isn't. Just give your doctor a call! :)…
