Those are the shoes I wear! They're awesome! I ran a few half marathons and a full marathon in the previous versions of the shoe, so if they were recommended for you I'd say go for it! :)

I second the veggie platter with a low-cal dip or even hummus. Otherwise a fruit salad, which looks really pretty with lots of different fruit in it! Pretty basic ideas but they look good and taste good and are healthy! One more comment though... GO PACKERS!!! :)

I agree with what everyone has said so far. 800 calories is just not enough for your body to function, and you are losing weight by starving yourself. Also, this does NOT teach lifelong healthy-eating habits for sustaining weight loss. The minute someone goes off of this diet, I guarantee they will gain all the weight back…

I recommend getting Buddha's feast! It's just a bunch of veggies and tofu that you can get either steamed or stir-fried. Get it steamed, it's healthier and so delicious! Oh, and go with brown rice :) I love P.F. Chang's!
