The Biggest Loser black bean turkey chili is yummy. Recipe is on Jennie-O website. I'm making spaghetti squash tonight with ground turkey and Alfredo sauce.

My baby is now 15 mos but has been suffering from eczema since birth and she gets heat rashes when sweaty under her skin folds. I only bathe her with water usually and use either Dove unscented for sensitive skin when needed. I also use Curel Itch Defense Lotion and/or Hydrocortizone cream to help with itching. I'll be…

I had a midwife with my most recent delivery last year at age 40 and it was my best delivery yet! No pain medication, no complications and all was quiet and peaceful :) I was fortunate to have a midwife available in my OB's office and didn't need to find one on my own. I would highly recommend using one.

This is what I eat: Greek yogurt with nuts and/or trail mix, string cheese, cottage cheese with wheat crackers or triscuits, Nature Valley protein bars, rice cake or slice of whole wheat bread with tbsp PB.
-
I put a waterproof crib mattress pad that I got at Babies R Us under sheet on my side of bed just in case and kept a towel next to the bed LOL. Luckily my water never broke at home though but it's good to be prepared. Good luck!

PB & J sandwich but made my kids bacon, eggs and pancakes! LOL

Stool softener works wonders!

I went from Pampers Swaddlers to Luvs and have been using the Walmart Parent's Choice for a few months now. They seem to work for me but my baby is already in a size 4 so not sure how they are with the smaller sizes! The Babies R Us and Target brand aren't bad either.

I gained 33lbs during pregnancy and I lost all my weight within the first 3 months. I eat 2000 calories and net 1500 since I am breastfeeding. I also eat back any exercise calories but my only exercise has been walking with my baby LOL. I should be eating more calories because I'm still losing weight and don't want to.

I second the Greek yogurt. Today I had 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 banana and 1/8 cup walnuts. It's under 300 calories and super healthy!

My Dr told me the same thing last Spring when I weighed 112lbs (I'm 5'3). She actually told me to quit MFP and not worry about calories. Of course I didn't but I did eat around 2000 cal and made sure I ate more protein snacks throughout the day. By July I gained 5 lbs and was pregnant. :) I gained 33lbs throughout my…

69margaux-Congrats on your baby girl. I had my first baby girl 7 months ago right before my 40th b-day. Whenever I see a 40+ mama on her it gives me hope that I can try for another baby :) I just wanted to say that I'm eating 2100 cal/day and just introduced solids to baby last month. My only exercise is taking walks right…

I'm 5'3 and 113lbs which is too thin for me and my bones are showing!! I'm losing WAY too much weight while breastfeeding even though I eat 2100 cal/day and don't really exercise. My Dr told me recently that 125lbs would be a good healthy weight but everyone is different. Good luck!

Just type breastfeeding into food search engine and you'll see all the different options for it. Then add it to one of your meals and it will deduct the calories.
-
I deduct 500 cal/day and I lost all my baby weight the first few months. My baby is 6 mos and just started solids but I still deduct 500 cal. My maintenance calories are set to 1500 but I eat 2000 cal.
-
I started eating the Safeway Eating Right version of Lean Cuisine. It's cheaper and high in protein. The downside is a lot of sodium of course so I don't eat them more than 1-2x/week.

i"m 5'3 and 40 yrs old: HW- 200lbs (1995) before weightloss journey HW- after weightloss 150lbs (2002) CW- 115lbs and goal is to maintain and gain muscle!
-
I'm 5'3 and got up to 148lbs during pregnancy. I got back down to 116lbs in 4 months by exclusively breastfeeding, eating 2000cal/day and walking 15 min/day with baby. Are you breastfeeding and eating enough calories? My net calories are 1500 since I subtract 500 cal for breastfeeding.

Taco Bell's Fresco menu is under 400 calories or Mcdonald's premium grilled chicken sandwich is 350 cal or their grilled chicken wraps.

Height: 5'3 Heaviest: 195lbs Lightest: 110lbs Current: 117lbs Goal: Maintain Current

I just give myself a break and start fresh the next day!
-
5'3- CW: 118lbs and size 0/2 and when I weighed 140lbs I wore size 4/6
-
I'm 5'3 and currently 118lbs and size 2. I'll probably maintain at 115-120lbs.
-
My baby is 4 mos and I eat 2000/day and deduct 500 for EBF. I've lost all my baby weight already!
-
How many calories are you eating a day and does your diet consist of high sodium meals? You may be retaining water or your body may be holding onto those last 10lbs until you stop breastfeeding. I lost all my pregnancy weight eating 2000 cal/day and subtracting 500 for breastfeeding.
-
I also wanted to add that my boys are 13 and 9 years older than their baby sister and they adore her AND I don't use them as babysitters! So don't worry about the age difference.
-
If you do choose to have a baby then I would recommend you get as close to your goal weight as possible because you want to have a healthy pregnancy and gain the recommended 25-35 lbs. It will be much easier to lose the baby weight if you continue using MFP during and after pregnancy. I'm 40, just had a baby and lost all…

For now you can workout on weekends and have DH watch your son. Then you can figure out a routine to squeeze in workouts between dinner and bedtime. My routine is every night around 8pm we take family walks around the block and then I give baby a bath and feed her. I'm just now going to to start using my eliptical again…

So is it a free membership like MFP? Is it similar to MFP but is just for moms?
