  • Egg white omelette with spinach and pancheta. A healthy version of my sunday fry-up. Popcorn, homemade with no salt and just a smidge of oil. It make a great alternative for all the cookies i used to eat as a snack.
  • every 4-6 weeks, I try not to get onsessive. I go by how my clothes fit and you get a good feeling after 4 weeks to see that you are still losing.

  • Dito, i was like that a couple of weeks ago. I now drink a lax tea or take fibre drink once a week just to get things going but it's getting better. I think it's just the body adjusting to a new diet. the fibre drink is better and tastes good. And drink lots and lots of water.
