I didn't pay attention to what a portion size was :-)

I'm in! I am usually really good until after lunch, then the snacking begins.... When I am reading my book, I always seem to need something to snack on, and if the kids ask for a snack, I sit and eat one too! I am never hungry for them, but I eat it and then feel soo guilty!

Aunt flo follows me for 6 days, and during them exercise and eating right go out the window.... if it has chocolate, rhymes with nice dream, or comes with toppings, I want it! I do try, and I was told if you continue exercising during TOM, you end up pushing yourself harder... I was good last month, but it is hard! Glad to…

When I was pregnant, my Dr. told me to listen to my body, but not to start anything new... And if nothing else, even when I felt awful (from morning sickness or fatigue) to just walk... Just my 2 cents

"It's like writing an email, but only you use paper!" I worked in a stationary store and the customer I was ringing up told this to me.....

I usually try to weigh myself 2 or 3 times a week, but I only log it on Fridays. I also weigh in first thing in the morning, after I use the bathroom but before I have breakfast

I know how you feel! I have about 10 pounds, and those 10 have been the most stubborn! I try to be sooo good during the week, and at the weekends blow all the hard work. Feel free to add me if you want

Mine is open, and I found I make better food choices because of it. I have a friend whose is open, and we check each other's for snack and food ideas, but neither of us make any negative comments... We try to be supportive, and as I said, because she is watching, I find I make better choices...

I read constantly, and always seemed to need a snack when I was reading... That and I never paid attention to portion sizes... I always thought one pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream was the portion size!

I would be interested in what people say! :-) I don't, but that is because I never thought about it....

Great! It is always the NSV that makes me happiest!

I found I do better by setting smaller goals and then re-evaluating when I get there. I feel good about accomplishing my mini goals, and I am not discouraged when i don't get to my final goal as quickly. Just my 2 cents!

This is how I do it! I feel better when I weigh in the next time, even if I had "gained" during TOM
-
I know how you feel! I am in the same boat with you, and for the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to doing housework! Good luck in reaching all your goals!

My kids are the same way all the time.... When I am working out at home and having an awful time keeping up with the dvd or the wii game, my daughter, who is four, will come over and tell me she is going to "help" me and will lay down on the floor with me, and my two year old son comes over and lays on my stomach or back…

Sorry, I can't yell at you, because my week has been the same..... Here's to a fresh start next week?

I wear my shoes. I didn't when I started, but found I was more comfortable and pushed harded when I did wear shoes, and ended up burning more calories.

Mine are: Cans of Coke Hershey bars with almonds Chocolate Doritos and Girl Scout Cookies

I think I am going to try to steer clear of the candy and chocolate, and at dinner take smaller portions. Then convince everyone to go for a really long walk after! :-)

I would totally agree with everyone who said get another opinion or go see a gynecologist. You're right, "heavy periods" are a symptom. I always had heavier periods and never knew that they were a symptom of uterine fibroids and that I had a fibroid on my uterus until I had an ultrasound during pregnancy. Once the fibroid…

Welcome! I am 28 with 2 kids, and I am a stay at home mom too. I know how hard it is to loose the weight and then gain it back due to eating out. My son will be two this month and I still have 15 pounds left from when I was pregnant. Good luck and add me as a friend if you would like
