Sorry about your horse Paree :( never done a detox... I always imagine it'll just make me crave food which is a feeling i don't like. Would be good to add in more salads though.. I was super pleased with my exercise yesterday! I jogged (at walking pace) beside Jamey for 30 mins straight!! I've got that 5 k this weekend that I've really barely trained for, so my goal for today is to get out and take a (real speed) jog and see what I can do π Wish I could jump on y'all's cleaning/organizing train....β¦

Took a long sunset walk and jogged a little bit! Went along the beach into town and then around town shopping. Happy with my exercise today, and i think my foot is nearly healed thank goodness ππ Special kudos today to the woman at the store that i stopped in mid-jog to buy decaf coffee and creamer (both for jamey) and atβ¦

Woah woah woah now.... Only 10 weeks left?! I've still got 13 pounds til I reach my May goal. I've definitely gotta step up my game π¬ i think it's still reasonable.. i know the weight will (and should!) come off slower now, but given my current weight i think 1.3 pounds a week is a little aggressive but still reasonable...β¦
