I'd avoid subway Why don't u start with balanced meals Chicken, tuna, salad It make Ur own healthier subs at home as u know exactly what u letting in I actually love subway! But think some of their options are full of high carbs

hiya the wii fit programme has some good workout on there jogging boxing balance some generic exercises the tennis is good on the sports and the football headering game which requires movement control and hips get good movement

u need to be focused and i know it sounds that things around you are very difficult at present, but be positive and things will pick up soon start with plenty of walks to clear ur head and try to drink more water eat small portions of healthy foods often and dont be tempted to snack on junk foods all the best x

thanks guys I dont drink ANY fizzy drinks at all, have completely stopped for many years i think i will keep an extra eye on the salt intake, have tried to cut many carbs out, inc wheat grain etc thanks again :)

start by eating healthy and getting your body to take more water cut the carbs and slowly increase water intake to supress your hunger motivate urself to walk more, then jog and light running sit ups and some warm down excerises will stregthen your brain to focus and keep ur muscles going longer
