Change up your exercise routine, on the biggest loser one of the trainers tips is to change your direction, if you go forward then go backwarks, if you usually kick forward then do lunges, they said that it keeps your body "entertained" or something like that, I don't know if its true but it sounds logical to me.

make sure your drinking enough water! I have to watch how much water I drink just as much if not more then the food I log! for example I try to drink at least 3 liters a day which is about 99 ounces, today I've only had 1/2 a liter which is about 15 ounces!

low carb, no carb, low fat, no fat, fat free, I've done it all! just count your calories, try to make sure you have a carb, protein, AND a fat in each meal and you'll be fine, you'll lose weight and feel great! and it's something that you can stick to, no gimmick, just a nice lifestyle change!!!

I'm no nurse but I have been living with type 1diabetes for 7 years (my 14 year old daughter was diagnosed 7 years ago this june, she has had an insulin pump for 5 years now)! some days I feel like a medical dictionary and somedays I feel like I don't know anything! are you type 1 or 2? you or anyone can add me!

love my bodybugg, brand new for $159, i got mine off ebay for $95 and it came with a 6 month subscription! I only take mine off to shower, swim, and tan, I counts your steps, and activity, I don't use the food program though, theirs sucks, I love mfp!!!

I understand completely! I have a 14 year old daughter who has type one diabetes and has had it since she was 7! and just to rest your mind you are type 2 and will remain type 2 even if you go on insulin, whereas she is and always will be type 1 and no amount of exercise or diet will get her off insulin!
