  • Better still, where possible replace 'real sugar' for honey, which is nutritious as well as delicious. And, the rule is here: wild honey is better than farmed honey (different bee species, different flower species). As for fats: it depends what you want to use it for.

  • Lost Legends of Surf Guitar! That would be D*ck Dale, Pyramids, The Apemen etc. I ran 10k on this music style today by adjusting my speed for each (instrumental) song. So it's even HIIT at times but most songs have BPMs equivalent to running 10.5-12 km/hr so that's just good for training.

  • 8000 calories a day, heavens! Just out of curiosity, what does one have to eat to reach that? If you feel hungry, eat lots of fiber rich food. Take huge portions of vegetables for example and gradually reduce over time. Good luck and welcome here!

  • You lost 8.4 pounds in 10 days? That's great, but apart from not making weight loss dependent from stress, you could consider if you could slow down loosing and gaining for sustainable results? Just something to think about.
