The sugars criteria I don't pay that much attention to. It seems like it's wrong somehow. I don't gorge on sugars, but I eat fruits, which ups that quickly, and milk too, which I love to drink. I'm just eating balanced without overdoing it.

I steam the pepper in a steamer basket above a sauce pan of boiling water. When done I stuff the peppers with rice and beans, paprika, salt, pepper, herbs, and a little oil or butter in the mix.

I was the queen of Yo-Yo. I found that strength training is the only thing that maintains my weight, plus eating some raw food each day. Regulates blood sugar somehow.

I wish it did stuff me more. But I think when you get used to drinking a certain amount, you just start to want it on a consistent basis, because that has started to happen to me too. I have never been one for soda, so water usually takes that spot. Drinking Pepsi on a hot day is the worst. It never really quenches.

That is what I hear. I have been drinking 8 cups of water a day for the past few weeks and wonder if it is actually doing me any good in that department. I mean visually it does not seem to change anything, but I guess that is hard to measure.

When I was 15, I ate hoagies, Tastykakes, and drank Snapple all Summer. I actually lost 15 pounds. If I tried that today I'd be 30 pounds overweight in a few short months.

I keep hard-boiled eggs on hand for breakfast and snacks. Also turkey lunch meat and peanut butter. I'm not low-carb but I love my protein, and make sure to get it.

I can imagine if you're building muscle that it really regulates your appetite and it must be generally difficult to force yourself to have a high-calorie consumption daily. I'll say one thing. That's what initially got me working out. On the days I exercised I knew I had control over my appetite. On days I didn't I was constantly munching. Now I am getting control over my appetite in general.
