Hi everyone, you're all doing so great!! No loss for me this week, but at least I haven't gained a lot. Vacation was soo hard and I ate pretty bad, but it's over and I'm focused on weight loss again. I will have a loss next weigh-in. It will help that I'm pretty tired of food at the moment :)

This is my first check-in that I've posted. I've been keeping up with it on my own, though. June 1 - 3.4 miles June 2 - 4.6 June 3 - 5.2 June 4 - 2ish - Driving back from vacation June 5 - 2ish - From being lazy after vacation. My goal is at least 5 miles today.

Checking in for Team Paramore. I'm still at 158, which isn't good but at least I didn't gain anymore. My bad eating during vacation is finally at an end, so hopefully I'll have a good loss this week!

My week has started off good so far! I've lost some of the extra weight I gained thanks to yesterday's fast, and I'm hoping I lose at least a pound this week - C25K should help. I'm determined to not be the weak link of Team Paramore next week.

I want to start the C25K next week. I've heard the best things about it, and it will be quite a goal achieved if I can do it. I also like that it's only 3 days a week.
