    I'm going to weigh in today, because I have a hectic weekend planned - working all day tomorrow - I think I prefer Friday weigh-ins.... sorry...

    Plus, I'm going out tomorrow night (very late!!!), and will probably end up sleeping ALL day....

    My goal weight 151lbs (total lose needed 12lbs)

    Wasn't sure what to put down today as i was 161.0 yesterday but 161.5 today. I know i havent put on weight and its all the water i had to drink yesterday ( i have a sore throught so can only take liquids) and im sure by tonight ill be back at 161, so thats what i have put down.Not that 0.5 makes much of a difference, i still am not going to have lost my 12 lbs, infact ill be lucky to get down the 9lbs i need :S

    This is actually my weight from yesterday. I was so excited to see the 140 mark. I can't wait to say I'm in the 130's. Seeing the scale going down is great motivation. This group is really helpful. I also love reading and checking out th pics in the success stories, they definately help get me get my fat *kitten* up and going! Have a great week.

    holy cow, i made it!!! (honestly though, it was my goal for last month too, so i guess i just need 1.5 months to get here)

    now to try and maintain it, i have a notorious habit of regaining as i start heavier exercise (not to mention ladies time, which is on the horizon)

    Ok, this is not cool. Sunday is a very challenging day for a weigh in, because on Friday I was down 2 and today zero. This is probably a good thing because I need to be consistent every day and it gives me something to work on for next week!

    It was a bad week. Out to dinner couple of times, four function and a party!!! I know they are bad excuses...I"ll have to try to be stronger next week.

    May 15....159....gained 4 pounds :( worst week ever.

    I am so bummed I actually gained weight so now I am back up to 238. This is not what I want to happen and it is playing havoc with my confidence. Hopefully I can bounce back this week and keep up the heavy workout. Today was a great start and was able to reintroduce an exercise that uses the legs and knees. Doing my best no to get discouraged.
