    Clocked up 15 miles yesterday so am now about 1/3 of the way to achieving the target which is a relief after a bit of a slow start! :laugh:

    Well did C25K this morning so that's about 2 miles; then a 2 mile cycle into work.

    If I go out at lunchtime for a ride and to get some air, that'll be another 3 miles; and then depending on which way I go home, anywhere between 3 and 6 miles. So by the end of today I should have about 40-odd miles done in total!! :smile:

    I'm in but it is going to be tough because I haven't been logging anything before now so will have to start today. Been really lax last week or so, so this should get me back to focussed! :)

    3.2 miles run-walk intervals this morning bringing total to 27. broke the 15 minutes per mile pace this morning for the 1st time!!! still slow but making progress!

    I'm at 8.22 so far.

    15.74 now. This challenge is really helping me keep going, especially on the stair machine.

    Biked to work 5K this morning, will bike again tonight, so another 5K.

    Conversion:

    Wednesday: 6 miles (bike)
    Yesterday: 6 miles (running/walking)
    Today (at the end of the day): 6 miles (bike)

    Total: 18 miles

    5K bicycle this morning, 5K at the end of the day, total 10K (6 miles)

    So total: 24 miles

    June 2 - 1 mile walked
    June 3 - 3.92 miles walked
    June 4 - 4.5 Miles hiked
    June 5 - 3.7 bike

    Total: 21.52
    Remaining: 78.48

    I'm also going to walk/bike tonight so I'll update again later. Just wanted to get this in before I forgot :-)

    This is my first check-in that I've posted. I've been keeping up with it on my own, though.

    June 1 - 3.4 miles
    June 2 - 4.6
    June 3 - 5.2
    June 4 - 2ish - Driving back from vacation
    June 5 - 2ish - From being lazy after vacation.

    My goal is at least 5 miles today.

    No exercise at all this weekend! Either my shoulder is dislocated or I am having serious tendon issues! Hurts to even sit. I will really have to get my butt in gear once I'm better. I will walk today but so very slowly......

    Seriously frustrated here, I decided to try and meet this challenge wry my runs alone. And now we have had crazy rain and thunderstorms here for the last three days. WTF??? It is June, this is Cali, it should be starting to reach 90 degrees here!

    Know I should probably try to hit the treadmill, but it just sounds so tedious. Have recently realized I actually enjoy going out running. That it is no longer just about the calorie burn. Somehow , it just doesn't feel worth messing with that by forcing myself inside.

    The weather is suppose to clear up tomorrow, and there is still plenty of time in the month. Legs are ready to start catching up tomorrow!

    Ok....I got in 1.5 miles.....That's 8.37 miles down and 91.63 to go. I CAN DO THIS!

    06/03 8.5 miles (Running) Total: 1 swim, 17 bike, 8.5 run
    06/05 83 miles (Biking) Total: 1 swim, 100 bike, 8.5 run

    I made it to 100 miles for biking already. I'll try for 100 miles of running now :)
