Saw the same recipe this weekend. Swanson's Chicken Broth is the lower sodium broth. I did my research yesterday while buying ingredients for this. Delmonte corn also comes as a no salt added. :) Doing this on Tues. :)

The one that best fits/supports your foot and gait. There are so many and what may work for other's might not work for you. I loved New Balance but once i was given a gait analysis/foot measurements I realized that they were doing me more harm than good. I now have Asics and LOVE them... And no more shin splints for me.

Too funny!!! I have 38DD and with the right sports bra, I run just fine... No problems at all! I went to my local Fleet Feet and was properly fitted for a sports bra and last fall ran my first 1/2 marathon... I think you need a second opinion and a good sports bra :)

Don't know if it will work for you (everyones different) but I have the same prob and since I started running mine is much more curve :) I tried the squats and such and it didn't do a bit of good for me. (well in the rear area anyway)
