I weigh once a month. I much prefer to go off what I look like/how my clothes fit and how my fitness levels are improving.

Mine are the worst when doing star jumps, my ankles and knees both crack repeatedly. My girlfriend can't stand doing 30DS with me because of it. I've tried cod liver oil and other joint care capsules but haven't found that they've made it any better.

I love the rower, working so many muscles at once. The concept 2 website will also create a programme for you based on how much weight you want to lose and how often you can get to the gym.

My left knee stated hurting on day 8 of level one. I continued for a few mores days and on to level 2 but I think I'm just making it worse so have stopped Shredding (for now). I have the exact same issue. Even though my fitness has improved greatly, I'm not too fast on my feet. I guess the more you do it, the better you get. I'm going to start improving on my 20min distance and take it up from there. I;m also going to try intervals as I've heard others recommend them for improving speed.

The squats have worn out my right knee so not able to do those for a while. Have lost on my hips and arms but have gained on my thighs. I don't weigh myself that often and lost 5lb during September so I'm sure 30DS has contributed to that.

I'm still doing this. Had a few days off due to getting a cold. So after a catch up I'm starting Level 2 today.

Ran 12 miles during the first week of September - stopped doing C25K to do 30DS. Cycled 60 miles. Hope to increase the cycling miles this month.

That's great that you can see it working for you already. I've had a few days off due to having a cold so need to catch up on a few level ones and then onto level 2, gonna take my measurements in a few days to see if much has changed in 2 weeks.

I'm finding it difficult to know if I'm doing everything correctly. I still can't do even a modified push up! Moving on the level 2 this weekend which is good as getting a bit bored with level 1.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I'll admit that i've fallen off the C2K wagon this week as I started doing 30 Day Shred which made running a definite no go for several days. There;s no way my thighs could take it. Think I'll need to go back a few weeks and get going again.

I did day 2 yesterday plus 2 x 20 mins cycles. Feel much more sore today than yesterday. Can feel it across my chest which I'm hoping means I've been doing the (modified) push ups properly.

Did day one yesterday and took my 'before' pictures so I can compare in 30 days. Straight after my legs so wobbly.
