oh dear. I completely understand the panic. its that time of the semester. the best way to go about doing this in my opinion is to talk to your teacher and see if there is anything you can do to bring up that grade. Hope everything works out smoothly and congrats on the last semester :D

wow marathon. you ran a marathon thats amazing. If i have the stamina to run for 5 miles i would be all so happy.. haha. me 2, I have the same problem with eating my exercise calories. I barely manage to eat my 1200 a day. not because I don't eat, I eat every 3 hours but its really hard to fill up my calories. I don't like peanut butter, I do eat nuts everyday for snack.

I would not recommended, your body is a fine toned machine it doesn't need this kind of drastic cleanse. I tried almost all of the cleanse out there. Even water fasting for a few weeks, but it ended up hurting me more than benefit me. If you really want to do cleanse,do raw food cleanse because raw fruits and vegetables…
