Well, 4 was a good number for me...but I just got granted custody of my sister's 5 kids, so I'm going with 9!! Crazy household but I'm loving it. 6 boys, 3 girls which includes a set of triplets!!! We're busy around here that's for sure!

Great infomation! When I do my harder work out in the morning I have a protein drink and add my oats into it. Fills me up for the long swim session I do and gives my body the added energy it needs to keep going!

I agree - I get up at 4am to swim. I have my protein shake with oats at about 4:15 and get to the pool at 5:00. I swim for about an hour and get ready for work. Shedding the weight and seeing those results make that early morning rise all the better. It helps when you like the workout you do. I couldn't do it if I had to…

I weigh everything! I have to. The nutrition counselor was very specific in how much food I was supposed to eat. I weigh everything in grams and yes, the portions are SMALL!!!

I will do a cheat meal that is high in protein and carbs and low in fat. Plus I add in a reasonable dessert. Mmmmm...saving mine for Monday evening!

My favorite exercise of the moment is swimming. Not that I'll be doing it any time this weekend! UGH....going away and won't have a chance to do much. But come Sunday evening I'll be at the pool and I'm committed to make May Fitness month for me. Some kind of loggable fitness every day for May!!! Have a great day friends!
