I find the scale to be discouraging so i try not to step on it to often. I feel a difference so that is all that matters to me :) Great job on losing the inches!

hmmm, when i first started using 30ds a yr or 2 ago i noticed my right knee hurt quite a bit (usually when doing the butt kicks). I would lay off when the pain started in and do them lighter. I had never had knee issues before but blamed genetics as my mom has terrible knees. Wonder if those excersises had something to do…

if you really wanna feel great, go to Kohls and check out the Elle brand (at least dresses, not sure about jeans etc). I wear a large/XL but bought a couple dresses in that brand and fit a small/medium. Even tho you know your not that small, it just feels fanfrickentastic to have something in your closet in a size small!…

I quit years ago and it was the best thing I ever did! That addiction is so strong, I still want them from time to time. I just think of all the negatives, and there are sooo many. Exercising definately helped me as well as the quit line in the state i live in. Good luck with your journey!

I started checking it out a few weeks ago but really not sure what it's for exactly. Is it for shopping, just browsing for different ideas? and do you repin stuff u like, or "like" stuff u like? just another way to waste time on a computer! lol

Love that place! The closest one is 3 hours away which is probly a good thing! I would say enjoy your meal- just pick really healthy options the rest of your day and get back to your reg diet the next day. Happy Birthday late :)

I deal with the same issue- I stay up too late and eat out of boredum.... trying to switch my whole routine around and become more of a morning person. Hoping that going to bed earlier can help with the late night snacking.

I'm in! I've been doing this dvd on and off for awhile, but haven't been following any schedule with it lately so it will be good to get back in the swing of doing it daily again.
