I hit my goal last November and have stayed within a couple of pounds of it since then. Due to an injury, I had to stop all exercise three weeks after maintenance so I didn't increase calories. I am now exercising half of what I was while I was losing and I am eating maintenance calories that MFP has set for me. I…

I cut calories and walked 4 miles/6 days a week and lost 30 pounds in 5 months. I now walk 2.5 miles/4 to 5 days a week and have had no trouble maintaining my weight for the past 4 months. Exercise along with cutting calories is what worked the best for me and I really like the workout that I get by walking/running.

I love early morning workouts, I get it done early and that way nothing can keep me from doing it the rest of the day and it makes me feel great all day! So the thoughts of not having to work it in, in the evenings is enough to get me up and going in the mornings:smile:

Moderation is the key for me, I love all types of food so I knew that there was no giving up certain things. I buy lower calorie versions of my favorite foods, eat lots of fruits and veggies. I still have the occasional burger, pizza or ice cream just in moderation. I feel so much better and don't feel deprived at…

I have had the Ultra since August and I love it. I recorded my sleep for about a week and found it very actual but it's not a feature that I use now. I have not compared the calories buirned to an hrm but I do think it is pretty accurate.

I had mine out when I was 22 years old and started feeling better immediatly. I had been sick for about a year and didn't realize how sick I had been until after I had mine out. I didn't gain or lose any weight. I can not imagine not having mine out. Good luck with what you decide and I hope all goes well for you.

My form of daily exercise is walking outside or on a treadmill simply because I do have a desk job. 30 minutes on the treadmill gets me about 4700 steps add in the rest of the day's activities and I usually get 10,000 to 12,000 a day. Desk jobs are tough on getting steps in, so I just try to do as much as I can on my feet…
